Hey Dan is Skip gonna have those tilt-o-matic exhausts, for when he lifts the body? KOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL Man! Won't need them as the top of the outlet holes move rearward as the body opens.. He may need a slightly larger opening is all.

Run exhaust out of the rear bumper holes, Roll bar is purely cosmetic. Don't have it any higher than the handlebars or it will just look wrong.

I would go with a stock type rear Bradley seat. A bench bottom and a padded back rest that does not rise above the rear deck. Or use individual back rests found on some motorcycles. Is it safe. No but neither is riding a trike compared to a car.

The clear braided pvc hose found at most hardware/building supply stores is gasoline compatible.

Opening will be too big for the glass without the rubber.

Over the worst now. Big emptiness in my life and forever feeling lonely. Other than that all is ok. I am back and will continue to help out where I feel it is needed, Thanks for the thoughts and prayers.

Cut the original seal from the inside. Gently push the windshield out with someone on the outside to guide it. Store in safe place. To reinstall put new seal around glass. Lube seal and windshield opening with silicone lube or windex. Install a 1/8" rope in seal groove having the ends overlap at the bottom. Set glass in place and while someone gently pushes on the bottom , { in the vid he slaps it as it goes in. works better if pushed. Save the slapping for after it is in.}start pulling the rope ends from the inside. slowly work your way around until the seal has fully flipped over the fiberglass frame. When done firmly slap the glass with the palm of your hand around the edges to fully seat it. This video shows how to do it.

The oil cooler that I have is the old style cooler not the exturnal dog house type. I cut the back of my fan shroud and boxed it out right behind the oil cooler and built a little box so the air will circulate around the cooler and get to the piston jugs. But that oil off shoot block has worked wonders in the winter. I used one on an old 60s bug that I had to help with heating the car and cooling it when I took it to Calley going threw Needles. Sounds like you may have done more harm than good. Can you post a pic of it.

Don't know what will fit as I stripped my bumpers and used 99 Cavalier lights. If you want you can use any flat lens light behind the opening. I used these on my Beetle.

Depends on the beach. Up here some of the beaches get pretty cold. Just build one there, and the women are pretty tough.

Sand the entire body with 800 by hand or 400 by orbital sander then wash it with final wash cleaner. Mix your clear/hardener and spray it. Todays urethane clears are UV blockers

If you are going that big get a 2.0l type 4 injected out of a 75 to 79 bus. Cheaper, More torque, more reliable. Did it to my Manx. Incredibly quick.
