I knew about the windshield problem before I even got the car. I have good glass. I should clarify the bolt question. Is it ONLY held to the frame from the bolts on the side or are there bolts holding it from the front and back as well? I'm going to ad braces and need to lift it just enough but I'm not big on surprises. How do I get that cd? Models were so much easier when I was a kid. Who needs instructions. I have glue.

I'm really new to Bradley. I first saw my car on CL a year ago in November but the guy selling it didn't have a title. A couple months ago the guy called me and asked if I was still interested, and that he had the title issue resolved, so I said yes. In the 2 weeks I've had it, I've had to learn a ton, never owning a VW, it's been a whole new experience. Right off the bat, it hasn't run for maybe 15 years, there were alignment issues all over the place. Doors won't close, headlights won't go up, no brakes, no parking brake, no turn signals, half the buttons are missing, half the wires are bare and without switches. In under 2 weeks, I've replaced all the brake lines due to major rust (it's been awful), relocated the Reservoir, replaced almost every freakin rubber hose OMG! I got it running 6 pints of blood later, oil change, plugs, wires, new carburetor, filters, new oil gaskets, and between Youtube and you, I'm getting the hang of this. Questions: Is there a downloadable Bradley manual, parts list, assembly book, anything? Where are the bolts that connect the kit to the frame? Is there a manufacturers plate on the car somewhere? Year, make, model....? WHAT ARE THE BRADLEY PARTS THAT ARE STILL READILY AVAILABLE? (Excluding VW)... Example: Lights, hinges, seals The keychain says "1967 Bradley GT II "Fiber Jet"... I've googled it and have no idea what Fiber Jet means.... Anybody?

Those are the bus tail lights. I found a SAE pn last week for them but couldn't track down a supplier. I would settle for used, I don't care. For the center tail light, I'll look at it and take some pics tomorrow. It could be aftermarket. I'm really new to Bradley. I don't know what they came with. But it looks d**n good, you should all do it I know the running lights with the chrome bezel are Ford and the ones in the front and back are something like Hecho from Mexico. I would really like to find those chrome ford running lights though. They really look good on the car, so I can replace those boring plain amber ones. I can't find those either.

I had to replace mine and found out that it was the same as a Corvette - unfortunately I can't remember what year - guess ' a '64 But it fit perfectly!!! We are talking about the Bradley GTII W/S not the GT What I heard was people replace them with Datsun windshields, but they don't fit right and fabrication needs to be done. I'm very fortunate to have good glass.

Oh, that's good to know. Over $30 just for 1 lens on ebay. I'm not doing that. Just got the blue dots today. Thank you Wyn. Any idea what the part number would be for the roof brake light? I should ask here before scouring the internet like I did on the tail lights

1967 GTII And boy am I in over my head!! Dead for 15 years, but I got it running. I'm doing brakes at the moment. Butt sag, head light issues, electrical disaster, windshield slide, doors don't close, back window isn't lined up right, everything leaks.... And I'm going to need all the help I can get to fix it. I'm not a mech, but I've fooled everyone so far. Brand new 15 year old cracked tires. What a waste. The dealership key chain it came with says Jet. I've tried googling it, but came back empty. What does it mean?

First of all, I would like to thank everyone for making this site possible. I've only been registered less than a day, and already many of my questions have been answered. If I ever get rich and famous, I will most certainly contribute to this sites success. You people are awesome!
Now about my little disaster: I had no knowledge about butt sag until I came here, and now MANY of my questions from the slid windshield to the doors have been answered. It makes complete sense. But at this moment, it's pouring rain outside and all I can think about is the car. Is there a QUICK FIX to the butt sag issue so that my doors will at least close? Later on, I will tear it apart and fabricate a frame, but for now, I can do braces if I know which ones and where to place them. Any suggestions would be most helpful. And believe me, there's a lot more questions where this came from, but for another time. Thanks again.
You guys ROCK!

Jeff Troy - the nice thing about these is I should be able to put a nice set of blue-dots in there... dawgdk - just one more thing I'm going to have to do before I get it on the road... make some butt-sag supports. I'm going to have to learn how to weld now. Or keep leaning on my neighbor's skills. I didn't notice the back fenders flaring out any more than the fronts, what I notice the most is the door alignment, or rather mis-alignment. I should be getting my blue dots in the next couple days, but I really don't want to drill through the original tail lights, so I'm looking for replacements. Bus tail lights... Who knew? But their rare.

Now which size linear actuator is that? No axel, no gas tank, no obstrustions, I already admire all that SPACE he has to work on it =)
