Not sure this is a Hurst stick or not plus it's been cut down & welded. Have an EMPI on the Trike & we used the stock one on the other Trike sideways.

I found out what the vw dimmer switch does... And the previous owner had the wires plugged in wrong; so now I have hi-beams. However, now the passenger side turn signal doesn't work at all. The light on the dash will stay constantly very dimly lite. I was also comparing the wiring of the fuses to the wiring diagram and he has like 4 extra wires on there. Fix one, get two more problems. Sounds about right.

The one I have does lean to the right, think that to help not go into Rev as it has no lock out.

I know I really wish I had a paint code lol Take it to a car paint company & they can use there camera thing to match it & give you the code. Just had my Grey 06 ranger done & it's a perfect match.

Come on old man, it's just 2 bolts same as stock. Try to shift & you may need to adjust it fro or aft to get good shift points, same as stock.Grease up the ball before you stick it in, that's what she said anyway.

Also read the easy way to fix the sag problem is to put blocks on top of the shock towers.
HOT SUN all day, slowly jack up on rear bumper & add block, let sit then again the next day a little more.

The crack at the bottom of the w/s is the joint where it's mount to body inside with 1/2" bolt to body & 1/4" bolt on the side of the post. That was bondoed & both sides need to be cleaned up below the gell coat & glassed in at least 2-3" to top & bottom. The door cracks should not be there, see above post.

Brake line should be there but behind the gas pedal & over by the tunnel. Looks like you have a VW floor pan replacement. Look under the car to check for holes. You can get the whole floor pans (about 100.00 each) or 1/2 floor. Check YouTube for info on DIY.

Does the car have Air cond.? That may be what the switches are for. The hole may have been a Volt meter. $6.00 donuts, come with new brackets & bolts for both sides. Get the ex head gaskets also (4). Will need to remove the front engine sheet metal & remove the muffler to replace.

20+ gals of gas @ 40 MPG + 800 miles without a restroom break!!! Gas tank bracket is all welded in ready for paint. Tank sits about 1.5" above the engine, hope it clears the rear window frame. Need to make 2 straps to hold it down.

WOW, Back to the GTII. Built a roll bar to support the steering column so I can drive the frame around. Change the brake master to Super B model & bleed the brake. Also the column doesn't fit the box! shaft on column is to big. Then there's this idea, would loss the rear shelf which is useless anyway. Gas tank from the GT in the back yard. Will use FORD duel gas tank switch to move between them..

Sat. day was a slow day #7. Finished building the engraver assy, mounting the motor. You may notice, added some holes in the braket to lighten it up a bit. Setup a dial indicator on it's base to check the table level, may have to machine it down a bit. Today will be running around day & setting up the table & steppers in the Mach 3 program.

So after $40.00 for some 3/8" plate & 3 cuts there's a new table top & "Z" mount plate. 1st picture show the 1/4" engraving spindle mount & the motor will be mount in front, off to the side so as not to hit the uprights. The spindle is left over with about 30 cutter from my early. I Built the spring load mount for it a few years ago thinking about making a table for it. 3th picture show where the 300 watt spindle will mount. Notice the "Z" plate is long at the bottom due to the height of the uprights & where the bolts to mount it. Will also be able to turn the mount plate over, then mount a router or whatever on that end. THINK AHEAD WHEN YOU BUILD SOMETHING & DO IT IN ORDER.
