I am not sure what you are looking for. It sounds like the whole headlight box and all parts are missing or is it the panel the head lights mount on is missing.
Headlight rings and mounts can be purchase at your local auto parts store for any headlight assembly.
Unless someone has the other parts needed and will sell them, you will need to make them yourself or machine shop make them for you of they are metal.
Any fiberglass parts you can make them yourself. Cardboard and Saran wrap is all you need to make a mold. Just use the light assembly you have for a pattern for what you need.
Post some pictures.

The method of the spray on stranded glass and polyester resin does not give much streanth to our Brad glass bodys. When they get hot from the sun they start changing shape, and the weakest point on the GT2 is the rear end. The VW chassis does not have any support for the GT2 rear end body. So you really need to add some extra support. I added a frame extension all to way to the rear. Other people have added a simple brace at the rear edge of the cargo seat which also seams to work. Here is a link to the Topic of the Butt sag problem. bradleygt.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=637Wyn

The screws are 3mm .5 pitch & 32mm long. Holds both Turn Signal and wiper switches. These are what I am using on my switch assemblies.

I have a private pilot license. Got too expensive to fly.
When you get into a situation where you don't know which way is up, take your hands and feet off the controls the plane will right itself. The smartist navigational aide you have is in the seat of your pants. Since my son works for the airlines, I fly on his family ticket for $25.00 per trip.

The GT CD has the complete assembly manual, wiring manual all the official updates, and roughly 30 years worth of useful information. I'm sure that anyone who has it - and most owners do - will tell you that it's extremely helpful. $35 PayPal to jefftroy@aol.com or send a check or money order to my home: Jeff Troy 759 New Holland Ave. Lancaster PA 17602 If you own a Bradley and don't have the manuals - or don't want to gunk up an original manual's pages in your garage - the CD is the best money you can spend on your car. Thanks and warmest regards, Welcome to the Bradley site. I keep my CD files loaded on my laptop For access at any time. Wyn

I needed to replace some of the weather seals that were dry roted as the GT2 kit I had bought had sat around for over 25 years. I drove to Upper Sandusky, Ohio to Uni-Grip Inc. I took several peices of seals for samples. I had replaced all that I had needed. Give them a call and see what they can do for you. www.uni-grip.com/Products_Page.htmlWyn

You can mount the seats anyway you want to in any of the GT’s. At this point in time in my picture you can mount any of the three GT body’s. The only problem is the GT2's seat side over-hange with the GT bodys. If you have the replacement Mexican pan I definitely will not mount to the floor. As nice as the the Mexican pans look in my picture, you cannot mount to them! They are tissue thin, they pop and bang, and probably dent and change shape on hitting some heavy bumps. Not the safest floors in the World. I would have used the fiberglass replacement pans off of the old chassis, but you need some parts of the old pan left to mount them to. I built the new chassis using the Mexican pans, big mistake. The only thing these pans need to hold now is the carpet in place and my feet at the pedals. If I had to mount to the floor, I would have a heavy gauge brackets made like the ones I have shown in my drawing. Wyn

This is some of the info for the GT2, which can work for the basic GT. The support angles bolt to the floor aginst the tunnel the thicker part of the floor. My seat would over hang the body flange so the standard support angles would not work, so I made a mount to sit on the body flange and used the body mounting bolts to hold it in place. users.alink.com/aeolus/gt-img/GT2-seat-1.jpg [/img]

The GT2 does not flat tow well, nose is too low, the bug tow bar needs to be striched about 2 ft and lowered a couple inch to clear the nose. The tow bar will interfere with the body mounts on the front torsion frame. You need to drive like you have a case of eggs on the tow bar. The only safe way is to trailered to where you want to go.

Our local Auto Zone, (AZ as we call them), has multiple drawers of lug nuts. All different thread sizes, nut patterns, short and long. Take one of your lug nuts down to your local AZ and let them find the replacements. If they dont have the exact ones get a full set that look close to what you have and install on one wheel, and take the old ones from that wheel and place one on each of the other three wheels. No one will will know the difference.

Click the Exalt on someones post you add one Karma point if you click the Smite you substract one point from someone's Karma. You will not see the Exalt/Smite within your own postings. You can only do it one time a day.

Donnie, I have the tool, but it scares me too. The arthritis is getting bad in my hands so I really dont need any broken bones too.
The torsion assembly I used for my chassis was used in someone's rail buggy, so I have no ideal if he had changed the torsion settings. I will not know until I get the car fully load.

About any late model inside handle could work. I had a 98 Elantra and need to change the door pull handle. I had looked it over and it looked like it would work in the Brad if I needed to use it but I had the Brad door pulls to use.. All it would need is a U shape bracket on the inside to hold the it in.

The only way to get a windshield for the GT2, is to find another GT2 in bad shape, a GT2 parts car, a GT2 partly assembled, all with a good windshield.
Or you if you have $50,000 or more you can talk to Guardian Industries Corp and have a batch of windshield made. Guardian has the forms for the GT2 windshield.

A little confusing info, the Type 3 engine has two fans and fan housing. There is a fan in the crankshaft pulley and a housing to cover it and Generator belt. This fan is basitly a pre-fan and its housing is to keep from drawing the air from around the engine compartment and to make sure the engine gets fresh ducted air from the outside of the car. Then in front of it there is another fan. This is the main cooling fan and its housing directs the air flow through the engine and into heat exchangers for cabin air. The fan inlet housing is what I needed. Today I just received the fan housing from fellow in Arizona. The housing is in very good shape no rust in the bottom of the housing. ;D Now I need to figure how to modify it to allow a serpentine belt to the AC compressor and keep it sealed from the air from around the engine. Thanks for the leads Wyn

Many years ago when the Sterling first came out, one of the fellows I worked with had built one. It was really done up nice. He had the engine blueprinted, and it ran great. THEN ONE DAY HE DROVE IT THROUGH AN ALLEY AND AT THE END SOME ONE DROVE OVER THE NOSE OF IT. Wyn

What I need is a shroud shape like this, it would be ideal. What I'll do is take sheet metal same size as the housing and square bend the corners and tabs then spot weld the whole right side to the housing assembly. It wont look pretty, but at should work. Wyn

I have seen the tail light on one of the late model of Cadillac. It looks like it has about the same curvature of the out side of the GT2 rear fender. That way you get a side marker light along with a tail light. Wyn
