My GT2 gets high 30mpg on the freeway but drops to high 20's in traffic. He hates to be running slow . 1600 dp with 40 idf weber carbs . I wish my GT II with a 1600cc will render up to 30MPG, low 20ish and that's it.

Today is Nov 17 and I found all afternoon and part of the evening that the website is sluggish and very lazy to reload the pages. It did happen with 3 different computers and only in the "proboards" server(I have a website hosted in the same server also, showing the same symptoms). Is this a local isolated event or are there any other member looking at the same inconvenience? Is the web server overcrowded or undersized? Also I noticed that the advertising banner in the header of the website is promoting a couple of geographical "local" scam advertising, be aware !!!

Few days ago I received my NEW Bradley badges, chrome finish. These are MAGNIFICENT and enhance the the looks of the stylish GTII body. SKIP20 did a great and very affordable job. Hi, I'm wandering what type of original parts is the wiper arms for the GTII? The ones I have are silver finish and can be extended, the original Bradley part# is 10502 by the assembly manual book. I need some reducing bushing part to install the original arms to a set of new pivot shafts that are of smaller diameter but identical to the original ones I replaced. Thank you for your support.

turns out my choke wire was on the negative and not letting enough power to send a spark. all good now though! but I was wondering while were talking about the wires. is there anyway I can give all my electronics more stable power? I got the alternator kit and its a 12v. I just seems like if i turn on the headlights or am using 2 or 3 things at once it puts alot of stress on the electrical system. anyway to fix that? Make sure that ALL of your ground wires that interconnects on the front of the car to the chassis, are clean, corrosion free and the point of connection to chassis ground is sound too. Is your battery getting the right charge by the alternator/regulator? Basically, an electrical car wiring 1-0-1, a heavy electrical load in a vehicle is being handled by the reserved power of the battery that gets charged constantly by the alternator.

Pictures, here they are, my butt sag support installation. A length of 2x3 pressure treated, spacers made out of galvanized fence tube, fender washers and a lag bolt (fastened from the bottom>>>>up x2. NOTE: I installed a 3" body lift between the chassis and fiberG body, does the reason why the butt support looks to be on stilts. Pictures taken inside the wheel well, driver's side.

It is a nice looking Brad, jspbtown and smirnaguy have a lot of good points to be consider. The best judgment will be after a detailed inspection and a test drive; do not forget about the current vehicle registration and ownership documents on hand. This vehicles do drive like a go-kart, be aware. 18 to 2k will be the max I will paid with an old engine.

Ouch!.., yes I remember of that feature of posting's chronological order. What I can tell you is, when you click in the "new" button, it will take you to the first new post on a thread, but referring to your original question, I haven't seen that as an option on the user control panel, more likely that this style of "php" board doesn't have that feature installed. Probably can be like the " spell checker

That feature is available and working since a while, I can see it from 4 different computers I daily use. Basically, if you are logged in with your user name, once you click on a tab of the "GENERAL" it will open on to three available sub folders, in the "Bradley Discussion" folder, this one, if there are new post under any subject, it will be a "NEW" button with a blue background at left of the message, these marks are the new messages posted since your last time you were logged in. Makes sense?

In short, I will tell you how I did my GT II windshield removal. I removed all caulking around the windshield rubber molding, then gently I started to push outward the windshield along with the molding at one of the corners, in my vehicle, the corners are the ones with least fit to the fiberglass opening, then I made my way toward the center of the windshield and ended in the opposite top corner, carefully I removed the sides and once everything is resting in the bottom ledge, pull up to remove everything together. Before hand, I placed a blanket in front of the windshield over the hood, when at time of removal, I flipped the front of the windshield in top of the blanket and let it rest there. It will be a great help having an extra pair of hands available, just in case. This was my first time doing this type of job, but managed to do it by myself, as well to re-install the glass after the paint job was completed, with a lot of care and planning.

Thank you for the referral; I went to the site and they have a very good selection of cars goodies. Finally I ordered a replacement fuel sender. I learned that these are match made for the individual gauges. Every day I'm learning something new about the old Bradley line of products. . . EDIT: The fuel sender I ordered from E-GAUGES, 240-30 Ohms and adjustable in length, this is the key information for the GT II replacement part.

Here we go again, found that my gas tank fuel sending unit is broken, it has an open coil. So I ordered a replacement, I went for a ACVW Bug '74 ( like the chassis I have) and of course, it is NOT the right one, the impedance is out of range and the float travels in the opposite direction. Does any one know witch one would it be the right after market replacement and post the information? Thank you

Besides the Pertronics electr. ignition module have you changed anything else?(better coil, cables, plugs...) I'm considering doing the upgrade to no points also.
