we have just gotten to the interior part of the restoration and i was wondering were i can get nice, comfortable seat covers for my car, or how much a new set of seats would cost.

GTII seat options are truly limited.

yeah i know, someone decided that they would cut out all of the leather on my seat's but leave the seat itself there, so i need seat covers, but down the road i am thinking of investing in a nice pair of sparco or recaro seats.

This board has a tons of threads on this subject, one of the critical factors is how tall you are. Under 6' you have a better shot at after market but width is critical and depth of seat is next. If you use the originals GT2 shells and don't have the covers, some people have offered ratty covers to use as patterns. The GT2 that I bought the previous owner sewed his own covers out of real leather and they are really comfortable. Try putting out a request on this board for some used covers, and see what comes up! Good Luck!!

If your considering the aftermarket seats just take some real good measurements and compare them to the aftermarket seats.
I just went through this with my Avenger. A nice set of Corbeau GTAs wouldn't fit. Nor would a set of Tenzo Rs. I ended up with a set of Mamba Baby cubs. They fit the floor pan perfectly at 16" wide.
