I recently discovered that what I thought was a bad front seal (flywheel side) was a cracked case. Has anyone had any great experience with any vendors? I'm going to need a case that's been bored with mods, for stroke and oversize.

Hi Mike,  I'm running a universal VW case from CB Performance in mine. I think it's this one. www.cbperformance.com/catalog.asp?ProductID=184They will modify it to suit for an extra fee. And for only a little more money, they have a "super case" that is weld reinforced and bored and clearanced to your specs all included in the price. www.cbperformance.com/catalog.asp?ProductID=185There may be cheaper sources out there, but I've well pleased with the service and quality I have received from them. I've heard of people getting the case welded this might be an option for you if you can find someone who does this type of work anymore.
