just bought a gt body. want to build a fab chassis for it . no title with body is there one that goes with body? is there a way to find out year of body?

First of all check with your DMV and Highway Patrol to see what regs you need. To give you an ideal here is the state of Ohio regs from the HP. statepatrol.ohio.gov/doc/Inspection_brochure.pdfI had to dispose of a rust free chassis because the previous owner had cut through the Vin number. No title is issued to a body. It goes to the chassis. Check your states RMV laws regarding custom chassis registration before you get in too deep.
Generally no...there is no way to tell. You can get an approximation based on some features.
