I have just finished the 3" seat drop for my Bradley GT and was thinking some dune buggy guys reinforce the pans by running one inch box tubing in the pan's channel. Has anyone done this to their Bradley? or is the chassis rigid enough so I won't have any stress cracks in the body?

The main cab doesn't usually have any real issues. Its more of the front and rear (butt sag) that are usually the biggest offenders.
Is extra support along the middle good? Sure it is. If you can do it then I would say go ahead. If you can't then no worries. It will drive fine without it.

Folks have been using bug pans in buggies and kit cars since day one without reinforcement. That being said 1 1/2" box tubing is a perfect fit for the perimeter and certainly stiffens and strengthens the chassis.
