Four bulb set up is 5 3/4". The two bulb set up is 7". There are lots of different options for headlights if you can do a little fab work. Gary Hammond did a nice conversion on his with the small GM rectangular lights.

Hi Brian and Darren, I found three different sizes of GM rectangular headlights when I did the conversion. I actually used the medium sized ones used on vans and pickups. They were lower priced than the small ones used on sport coupes! Here's a couple of pics of the results. Gary Hammond,

I use the 7x6 headlight with a 6000k H.I.D and it looks great. I hated driving my car at night because the lights sucked so bad and now I drive it all the time at night. This is by far one of the best things I've done so far. IMO if you can put a H.I.D in your head lights do it!! ;D

ya....love how it brightened up my path in my cherokee so i then installed on my ninja, so now its the bradleys turn. i also stay between the 5000-6000k range and had no problems with cops...its when you go too blue that they start messing with you. and zmud...... see where you blinkers are, i went to home depot and bought a piece of aluminum gutter gaurd(leave blocker) trimmed and sprayed flat black to cover opening. looks awesome for 2 bucks.

I had some of the same mesh your talking about down there and I took it out when I took my bumpers off and never put it back. I'm going to fill those in when I start the do-over on the car.probably going to go with a led turn signal of some sort. I had some stuff fall off a shelf and hit my car over the winter so It messed it up pretty good so time for a make over!!
