Hi all, I was talking to a guy who says when you set the tire pressure on your Bradley you should run it a lot lower than normal, do to the light weight of the car. I am talking around 10# or so. Any one done this? is it safe?

Hi Ppanther37, 10psi sounds pretty low to me for street tires, even on a 1700Lb Bradley. I run 22psi in mine which seems to work well for me. Gary Hammond,

Agreed. 10lbs seems a little low.

Hi,
I run at 32 pounds. Anything less and my tires squeal around corners.
It's a bit bouncier than I'd like, but the handling is nice and tight. No drifts or spinouts around corners in the rain, and no negative handing of any kind.
Warmest...

Thanks for all the input . I get my plates today and I think I will start with 20# and see how it goes. Thanks

I Tested out the car on the same bumpy road with different tire pressures .What I found is you guys were right 10 psi is way to low for me. I ended up with 25psi in the front and 30 psi in the back . There is a little more tire squeal when you go on very tight turns but for me that is a fair trade off for how it handles the bumps.

So is it low pressure that makes the tires squeal, or too much pressure? I have gone from 15 psi to 35 and can't get the darn things to stop squeaking. I live in a quiet neighborhood and my neighbors already hate when I leave for work in the A.M. I'm running Hillcrest Invader DR-70/14 in the front and FR 70/14 in the rear with no lift.
