I have all 25 bolts off along the inside there, and the back end is coming right off the chassis, but the front end is still connected somehow. It seems to me that the steering wheel column is all that's left, but I'm not too sure how to get that piece off, looks like it's pretty non-detachable all the way through.. Any advice?

You need to disconnect the column at the rag joint. It is a rubber disc located just above the steering box.

there are also 4 bolts on the front bumper braces, You will need to unbolt the bottom fuel tank support and slide the tank out to see those.
