I know that you posted this some time ago, and I don't know if you ever got an answer as to are they the original door latches. Yes they appear to be. Most of the handles and hinges were originally from marine sources so for replacements, that is the best place to look.

Thank you thehag71, I have now gotten it payed off and home, now am trying to fix it up enuff so that i can get it inspected and start the lovly runaround with DMV! So far i have replaced the starter and changed the fule filter, the fule pump is next along with the headlights, i will be posting some new pics soon!
