Hey every one! I have been a fan of this site for a little while now, and found a GT2 about an hour away from my house. I live In South Bend Indiana which is the home of the Studebaker plants until 1963. Well back to the Bradley, it has a 1600cc single port motor and 4 speed trans. barley any wiring left. Typical, It has no door window t-tops, or rear glass. front glass is good. Dash pad looks great! funny how that is. Just put a used EMPI dual tip exhaust with heather delete J-tubs on it. Motor will run because I started it on my work bench one day. Question #1 what flat hinges will work on the doors for the gull wing or can I use some from a hard ware store? if so what size? Thanks and Ill keep posting updates as I progress. Hope to hear from everyone soon. My name is Jason "Wizzy" Wisniewski and thanks for your help in advance. Attachments:

looks good wizzy,
plenty of help here to get it on the road. as for aesthetics, i'm big on how the wheels fit. you can get adaptor/spacers to get the wheels out from under the car and even with the outer fender.
good luck. keep us updated.... big bob

Thanks everyone for the warm greeting. I am planning on attending the Effingham IL. show and swap meet on Saturday June 5th. Will def. be on the look out for spacer/adapter plates to go from the 4x100 to a chevy bolt pattern. seems theres alot more selections of vintage craigers/ torque thrust/ style rims around my area in terms of swap meet parts. does any one have an idea of the top hing for the gull wing door. is it just a stainless hardware store part. i have heard it might be a Marine aplication hinge. Thanks for any info you can share with the new kid on the block.

I don't know if your interested but I think I still have the Chevy bolt pattern spacers that came off the GT 2 that I am building a custom frame for.

Progress made today toward the discovery of a guy in town who had a Gas tank he says is the correct one for the car. the strapps came with the project but no tank, it seems to be spot on compared to the shape the straps are bent to. I take it that the top of the beam has a bracket and the side of the tank strap bolts to the area where the front bumper support is bolted to the fiber glass underside of the front of the car? oh and I scored a steering colom so I dont have to turn the car by physically grabbing the front rim and turning it. I'll soon be tearing apart the front end on the Bradley I'm redoing and will pull the gas tank for cleaning. Also have the driver's door off. PM me if you need pics or measurements.
