Took my new-to-me GTII on a break-in drive about a week ago. Went from Springfield MO to Bradleyville (come on, its too good to not stop) and got called out at a gas station along the route! A gentleman walked up to me asking a few probing questions, and taking some pictures. He talked to me about how hes been a Bradley fan since they were introduced, but never had seen one running in person. I was thoroughly overjoyed to be able to share such a moment with him. Im interested to hear any special moments yall have had with your Bradley through the years. Anyone got stories? Pics from Bradleyville add your photo to a gif

Nice GT 2...
Ive been working on my GT2 for a while {looks like a GT-40} in the process I ended up with a GT along the way, show quality got it at an estate sale complete with the posts and yellow rope . A real nice custom car.
One day while out cruising a black SUV. came up behind me and followed for about a mile . Then it pulled up along side with kids hanging out the window and the driver ... " Do you mind us taking pictures?" Not at all Take all you want ... they pulled in front and led all the while taking pictures, then back along side for a ways .... Kids waving and yelling.. really makes you feel good I remember being in the picture taking car as a youngster. so excited . I only take the car out in the summer and on week ends and always have exciting encounters.
enjoyed your story ...and the pictures...
thanks , Superdave008

Your GTII is a beauty for sure. d**n better than mine, haha. While mine is still in the midst of its now 3 year long rebuild, I drove it to my highschool graduation last year on a dealer plate from my work. I stopped for gas on the way home, still in my cap and gown. A group of Harley riders were sitting on their bikes across the parking lot, and they all stood up an walked over to me. I was expeciting insults, ridicule, and overall them to comment on the poor finish on the fiberglass (the gel coat is long gone since the 70s), the missing passenger seat, the heavily misaligned doors, and everything else I still havent fixed with the car. I was met with three grown men in leather jackets, one with a long gray beard, absolutely geeking out over the car, asking me what is was, the history behind it, how i built it, what engine it had, the works. It was the moment that I realized why I put so much time, money, and effort into the rebuild... these weird cars turn everybody's head.
