How do you know if your rear si sagging?
how do you fix it?

The first indicator is that your doors do not align at the back top. Many have added braces under the rear of the car.

I constructed a couple of braces that attach to the inner panels of the body and bolt directly to the frame. I would post a photo if I knew how.

If someone could explain how the braces are attached, or what they look like, it would be appreciated. I have blueprints for a brace, but Don know how they would mount.
