Hi all. I decided to create a new thread and get a fresh start, so here goes: I have what I hope is a rare and coveted prize.... A 1977 Bradley GTII kit that was never built into a car. The kit is complete right down to the original hood ornament, documentation, and license plate frames. Many boxes of parts, both original bradley parts and the pieces of donor car thet were removed for the build and then abandoned in a barn for 25 years. It is sitting on, but has never been bolted to, a good bug chassis with tranny and clean title. I have 2- 1600 engines, one complete, one in pieces- ready for rebuild or parts.
THE GOOD:
If you need a set of doors, seats, rear glass, headlights, bumpers, trunk, or an entire body ...... whatever....... I have it. ---And I will sell it to you at a very reasonable price. It rolls with minimal effort. none of the parts have ever been installed or altered. That means brand new doors, never sanded down or drilled for hinges, center console and dashboard with no cracks, a perfectly straight body, and all the little goodies you just can't find anymore.
THE BAD:
I would greatly prefer to sell the whole thing at once....... Bring a flatbed and roll away with your prize. I will order us a pizza and help you load it up.
I have no interest in trying to ship it anywhere. What a giant pain that would be. Come and get it. I am near Tacoma, Washington.
The original chocolate brown vinyl seat covers became a mouse nest at some point and look like swiss cheese, still good as patterns to make covers in a 21st century color.
THE UGLY:
I broke the windshield. *&%#$%)(&%#^*!!!! made up new, never before heard cuss words and cried a little.
THE SILVER LINING:
the price----- after much debate and deliberation I will sell the whole thing to the first motorhead with $1700 bucks.
Now all I have to do is figure out how to post the pictures.
