Hi,
Good luck with the project.
Make certain that you install a nice, strong "firewall" (actually a kick panel since the engine's in the rear), and tie it into the mock-wood centerboard in the nose. Apart from the centerboard, the only support for the front of the car is created by the bumper carrier tubes, and the whole job shouldn't be left to them. More often than not, their installation is an afterthought, and they don't provide as much support as they should. You don't want the nose to droop or you'll have more than your share of trouble with inclines and fender damage from tire rub.
Warmest regards,

I agree with Jeff. I suggest upgrading those big, heavy front tubes

hey jspbtown I like that front end bracket you made but the only problem I see is if you run a sway bar that would not work. That looks like it is in the way of the bar or maybe i'm looking at it wrong?

I plan on glassing the body on the chassis and adding support through out the front and sides. They really cut out alot of supports, so Ill have some extra time in the metal fab.
I just got a donor car and the body has alot more strength, but I already put to much in this body...
Ill have more pics soon.

Zmud, I think they would probably interfere with a sway bar. I never run one so I couldn't say for sure.

Has anyone ever sprayed the other side (under-side) of the fiberglass with a sealant? Like say a rubberized undercoating or a truck bed lining?

I roll them all with Herculiner. I use it to coat the chassis and any underside exposed fiberglass. It helps from any rocks making stars through the back of the wheel wells. Its well worth the $70.00.
If you use it then use gloves...its hard to get off your skin.

If you are pointing to the recess in the fan shroud I believe it is there so the original oil bath air cleaner would fit. That type air cleaner won't fit in a Bradley.

Yep, The generator spins the fan inside of the housing and blows air down onto the cylinders.
If anyone was looking I found front glass on windshieldstogo.com for $150.27. Thought that was a good price.
