The car is 100% original. It is brown/ gold metal flake. I am located in Southeast Michigan. The car spent most of it's life in southern California and never has seen much daylight. It just needs a few parts bolted up to be finished. All of which I have. It has an 1835 VW motor with dual single barrel Weber carbs, alternator, external oil cooler, sport pulley, electric fuel pump, new brake lines and only a trip around the block on it. It is built on a 67 beetle chassis. It has never been titled, but I have the number plate for it. That is the reason why I didn't get it done. They made it seem easy at the Secretary of State if the car is finished
