I'm starting to paint my Bradley gt and wondered what the best way to prep the surface would be.

A thorough sanding with 80 grit on a DA sander followed by several coats of hi build polyester primer. Guide coat and block. Sealer then paint.

I would certainly start buy removing any and all parts or taping off well so you don't scratch those parts not wanting marred then as mentioned a good 80 grit DA paper and DA sander then if going to gel coat and do fiber repairs I'd use ever coat brand materials its a ton sanding blocking building in layers then I would move on to a Quality High build Primer block sand and guide coat to find your low spots I'd say 4 sessions and then get it dialed in then reprime with a good quality primer block sand again then use a sealer and Spray time assuming your using newer style materials not Laqurer or Enamel style paints.
