I have had her for a couple of months now. I think I have a little butt sag, the builder of the car glassed the bottom around the roof , sun roofs, and windshield. Here's where my problem lies I have cracks where the the joint of the windshield meets the body. I also have cracks at the top of the door where it meets the windshield. I'm thinking when the sun roofs where glassed in it took the flex out of the doors making them cracks or is a common problem. I try to post some pics

Those are some pretty nasty cracks. Not sure if the prior owner just used some reinforced filler (like kitty hair) to make some sort of repair in a high stress area or what. You really need to use resin and matt (sometime cloth) to make the repair and minimal filler to fill any defects. Looks like he might have have just used the filler without and resin/matt
On the door you might be able to remove some interior trim and see if you can see anything behind that area.

The crack at the bottom of the w/s is the joint where it's mount to body inside with 1/2" bolt to body & 1/4" bolt on the side of the post. That was bondoed & both sides need to be cleaned up below the gell coat & glassed in at least 2-3" to top & bottom. The door cracks should not be there, see above post.

I think it all is coming from the butt sag if pick up on the rear the cracks close up pretty tight. Do you think the doors cracked because the sun roofs where glassed in taking away the flex and causing the cracks? Also read the easy way to fix the sag problem is to put blocks on top of the shock towers.

HOT SUN all day, slowly jack up on rear bumper & add block, let sit then again the next day a little more.

I do not think the cracks in the doors because of the sunroofs being removed. If done correctly that would make the door stronger. What I do believe is that the prior owner did it wrong. Like I said before he probably used the wrong material for a structural repair. One the doors flexed then the kitty hair cracked.

Took a look at the inside it has a hair line crack. It does not look like it has ever been repaired looks stock. I tried to take pics but the crack wouldn't show up in the picture.

The crack might have been there and it was just repaired wrong (ie: kitty hair).

I know I really wish I had a paint code lol Take it to a car paint company & they can use there camera thing to match it & give you the code. Just had my Grey 06 ranger done & it's a perfect match.
