Well just took the plunge and bought a bone stock - by the book - twoie - this will be my second keeper of 4 owned.
got tired of hauling Blu 2 back and forth from FL, so my plan is to keep Rootbeer up in the Catskills, and Blu2 in FL,
my son in law Sam helped me with the decision of what to keep where. . . he said since Fl is a little more blingy than up north.
If I can't get the gel coat to come back I think I'll just put a big Catskill Game Preserve logo on the doors and pose as a Forrest Ranger
other than that not much to do but drive it around and enjoy!
BTW as regards the sparkle-plenty gel coat I came across this for anyone in the same predicament:
