Very cool! I ride a bicycle almost all year around (Minnesota), and walk if the snow is too deep. When I lived in rural Iowa, 1975, there was a bicycle shop that made its own frames. At the time I built motorcycles and rode a bicycle. I suggested to the bike shop owner that I was looking into building a shock for the front and shock/swingarm for the rear and he EXPLODED on me, telling me that it was the stupidest idea he had ever heard. Then years later came the same equipped mountain bikes. I coulda been a contender.

It looks like the yellow one could only make left turns. Kinda like NASCAR. Cool concept though

Hi smyrnaguy,
The yellow recumbent turns left and right just like a regular bicycle.
I have put a tad over 6,000 miles on it in three years of riding since I built it.

Wow, its really scary.... NOT the bikes they are very cool! Whats funny is that I used to own a bike repair shop before I got my kidney replaced, and I had a few one-off frames ,too! Funny how a lot of us car guys have toyed with bikes at one point. Kind of like history repeating itself. Did you guys know that several car companies started as Bike Factories?
