I got a bradley GTII at the beginning of this year that has basically no interior. The one problem I'm running into with the interior is finding seats to fit. I have seen some other posts about putting Porsche 914 or Fiero seats in it. Has anybody on here tried either of those? If so what modifications will I need to do to fit them in the car. Also will me being 6"1 make me have to lift the body so I won't hit my head on the ceiling?

914 seats don't recline and the Fiero seats will cause you some serious headroom issues. Of the two I think the 914 seats with a body lift would be better.
Have you tried finding some stock Bradley seats and having them re-done? They sit very low and have the correct angle and height to fit in the Bradley.
At 6'1" you would really appreciate a body lift or floor pan drop.

Theitsme, Where are you located? That might help if someone has some to part with, and how much are you willing to do to them? Most will need new foam and covers if you find any.

I have patterns for the original seat covers and foam if you can find a pair of seats. My business is in Morehead City if you get this way. I can cut you a deal if I don't have to ship. If a frog had wings...

I've tried finding the stock seats, but I have not been able to find any. How can I lift the body? Theitsme I have an extra set of GT-2 seats shells, (the right and left) I do not have the foam or seat covers for them or hardware to mount them. I had made my own seat mounts. Search my postings. You should find my body lift, butt sag fix, and my seat mounts. I am in central Ohio. Send me a PM if your interested in the seat shells! Wyn.

Width at the base? Overall width? Height of the base?

He said the seats are at his shop so he is going to get all of those measurements for me tomorrow. He did say that the seat is at its widest at the front and it tapers as it goes back. He said the front is 16 or 17 in.

Just eye-balling they look a little wide and they have no headrest, which I think is an important part of piloting a GT2. I'd go for the offer from Wyn and take the patterns from Smyrnaguy.
Just another thought, I had a BMW 2800 and the seat leathers were in miserable shape I found a set of seats that were the wrong color so I took them completely apart and
switched the hides after I stripped & painted the replacements. During that process I saw how easy it would be to narrow the seat frames and even reduce their height still keeping all the
tilts & rails. Those seats were very comfortable and since a lot of folks are not afraid to get into chopping channeling etc., this would not be too difficult & you'd end up with something
really nice!
all the best,
Mike Horen

I was having problems posting pics. Had to contact my web host to reset access to my web site. I wanted to get a couple of pics on the site. PM posted. The seats in the pic are wet, I had just got them out of storage and they were covered with cobwebs, cocoons, and other dirt and mud. So I cleaned them off. They still need some cleaning. Wyn

Wyn's seats are your VERY best option. They will fit and they provide the vital head support that is needed for the sitting position in the Bradley.
Combine them with some of the interior parts that pushnfords has listed and you are good to go!
