I recently found this car. It had been sitting in a storage unit hidden for the last 20 years. It needs all new batteries, a new hinge for the drivers door. Their is minor blemishes to the body, the interior Is in great condition. I was told it is 1 of 50 made, they want $1000 for it, is that a good deal?. I would put up pictures but I cannot figure out how, is it possible to add them from my phone?

Is it a Bradley GTII?
If it is, then to restore it and make it driveable will cost you several thousand dollars. It won't have great range unless you really invest in it. The low production numbers don't make it more valuable. Its an oddity and thats about it.
If it is a GTII then check the windshield. They are custom for the car and no longer really available.
You need to post your pics to a site like photobucket and then paste to this site.

If you have never flipped a kit car before make sure you do your research. 99 times out of 100 they are a money loser.

If you have never flipped a kit car before make sure you do your research. 99 times out of 100 they are a money loser. The photo shows a Bradley GT II Electric. The GTE owners that I have spoken to on EV websites have all upgraded the original controlers and charging systems as the original items won't work anymore. That is an expensive investment. It will likely be in the thousands of dollars. When operating, the GTE has a limited range of about 40 miles and top speed of 50-55 mph. The acceleration is poor and has been compared to an old 36 hp vw bug 1300 cc engine, most say the bug would win the acceleration race. When considering the limited life of the 15+ batteries needed to make it go and cost of replacing them, it is not an economical vehicle to own from what I hear.
