What has he done to the top windows on the doors? Mine leak like crazy. Is that the answer to my perceived problem?

Invest in new seals would be my suggestion and tighten them up good when they're in place.
That's the one part of my car that doesn't leak. I'd hate to give up the option of the open sky view!
The seller must have gotten a hell of a buy on that blue flexi-tube!

Do you have a source for the seals? Could you post a picture of your car with the seals in place, please?

He also put One piece windows in the doors. I sure hope he has AC in there!!
