I've heard I can put a Subaru boxer motor in my Bradley gt2. Does anyone know if that's true and how?

You are at the bottom of the mountain grasshopper, first learn how to use this board and do searches be sure to select the maximum number of days and searches like 1000 or even more.
There are two owners who have done what you are inquiring about. Both are very experienced builder fabricators.
Myself, I like driving mine a little more than fixing - fabricating so I stuck with a beefed up VW motor. You did not mention what condition your "twoie" is in. Is it running and just not fast enough for you or are you dealing with a pile of parts? I'd say if it runs drive it for a while until you really see the improvements you want.
Good luck there's a ton of info here for all skill levels Best wishes & welcome! Mike Horen
