FOUND A 1974 GT THATS BEEN IN A BARN SINCE 1993 THE LADY SAID THE BRAKES WERE BAD, SHE DROVE IT IN AND NEVER DROVE IT AGAIN. THE ENGINE WAS COMPLETELY OVERHAULED 2 YEARS BEFORE SHE QUIT DRIVING IT THE GULL WING WINDOWS ARE MISSING ALONG WITH THE ATTACHING HARDWARE. I JUST WANT TO GET SOME IDEA OF WHAT ITS WORTH, NOT SURE IF I WANT TO KEEP IT OR SALE IT.

Its been sitting for 20 years so it will need a complete overhaul. No doors which are expensive to replace. I am sure the fuel system was not properly drained so it will need a thorough cleaning. Who knows if the engine has rusted up and locked. brake system is all sludged up I am sure. Don't know the condition of the interior or how well it was wired. Given all that maybe $1500? Maybe less.

How does the wiring look? Even if the motor turns over it will need a complete tune up and carb rebuild at the very least.
I still say close to $1500 maybe

I bought one similar to yours. From the suggestions in this Board, I pulled the plugs and inserted Marvell's Oil and let is soak a few days. Then, I hand-turned the engine for a long time without the plugs installed.
Next, I pulled the carburetor and install a re-build kit. Cleaned the complete fuel system. Installed a new in-line filter (not plastic and not located in the engine compartment or they will fuss at you). Replaced all the fuel hoses.
Then, I cleaned up the ignition system and replace the plugs with new.
It runs great!
Oh, I paid $1500 for mine.

Sounds like it probably is a kit car that might be saved from the junk yard. It also sounds like it will need alot of work to get in safely on the road. New plexiglass doors are about $250 plus shipping. Don't forget that the Bradley GT is a fiberglass kit car and not a collectors item. It has value to those who appreciate a toy that eats their money in exchange for letting them do lots and lots of work in the car. The joy is in fixing it yourself and getting that satisfaction of accomplishment. It is never going to be a car that can be sold for profit. Bradley owners know that they are money pits. Attachments:
