Sounds like you are getting really close to the answer. What was Sherlock Holmes motto? Once you have eliminated all of the things it is not, the thing that is left, no matter what it may not seem to be, must be the answer.

So after try 20 I gave up and pulled the motor. What I found was tons of oil leaks and a major need to clean the motor and put in all new seals and do a through inspection on all major motor parts. So now I am off the split the case and take a trip to Fisher Buggies! Attachments:

So I have now tried grabbing the piece with a hook and I have tried ez-outs and now I have tapped it and inserted a screw and I can lift the whole back of the car with it. I don't know if this is the problem or not but I know for sure that if that piece got hot and swelled the only direction it had to go was to bind up the drive rod. I guess the engine is getting torn down. Crap! I snapped mine off, hooked it with a coat hanger and pushed it through. Still a small peice in there but should come out with a oil change..

My phone hates me sorry about the random posts. iOS 7 and proboards do not play nicely!
