The latch is made by TRUTH, U.S. Patent 3,109,675. and avalible from Swisco.

The little hook part may not be with the latch. But can easly be fabricated or from other latch companys. Look up toggle latches

We ended up leaving the air conditioner out...all of the pieces have been removed.
