does anyone know where to locate wheel adapters to change from the four (4) lug pattern to a five (5) lug pattern. VW frame is a 69.

Ford?
Good luck. They don't seem to make them. Your only alternative is custom drilled drums.

Chevy's the only one I found for your bolt patten. They do make a Ford 4.5" for the older 5 lug.

Do you have a specific set of ford or dodge (dodge fits ford, but ford doesn't fit dodge...) rims you have in mind? If your still looking, check out "slotted" mag wheels, they are pretty much universal for different bolt distances. The 14" Keystones on my '76 are on some old Chevy 5 bolt adapters, however I did have them on both my Dodge Dakota and Ford Probe for a short time. just be sure of the bolt pattern size first. I bought a set of 15" Keystone Klassics (slightly restyled to accommodate disk brakes) that are for a larger size bolt pattern :-(

Save yourself a lot of grief and get drilled drums or rotors. If anyone other than yourself removes and replaces a wheel they will probably use an impact wrench which will either spin or stretch the lug bolts in the adapters. Then there's the additional stress on the bearings due to a slightly wider stance and possible wheel rub. Make certain you are measuring the stud spacing correctly...from the center of any stud, skip a second, then to the outside of the third.

and a good thing about drilling the drums and inserting studs, its a LOT easier to remove/install the wheels

Thanks everyone for all of the good advice. Really do appreciate all of it. After all of that, we went with 15" chrome vw rims, 4 lug pattern with the chrome vw center cap. Do like the 15's, the ride is so much better. Just went on a 176 mile drive yesterday, very good ride.
Does anyone out there make stickers of the Bradley emblem?
Again thanks for all of the advice.

Does anyone out there make stickers of the Bradley emblem? I can attest to the quality and appearance of Skip20's bradley logo. I have two of them
