i have a bradley gt 2 and the vw engine is blown i was wondering what other engines i could put in it besides the vw. all i know of is the covair and the vw.

A Corvair engine is a waste of time. A properly built ACVW engine can be more powerful.

Any power train you want. It all depends on your skills, time and cash. I did a quickie Subaru mid engine. Skip is doing a couple of very involved Subaru mid engine builds. Kennedy engineering www.kennedyenginc.com/Pages/default.aspx offers hunderds of adapters to mount almost any engine to the VW tranny if you want to stay rear engine. VW type 4 is a good alternative. No adapter needed just a different flywheel and a small crank/pilot bearing mod. |
