Hello all! Is there an easy way to fix small stress cracks? Or do I need to "V" them all out and fill?
Thanks! Jim

They must be ground out to a V or U. I use a dremmel tool with a medium cut oval carbide burr. Relatively slow rotation speed so the cut is not smooth. For these small cracks I use short strand fiberglass reinforced filler such as Evercoat.

Fantastic, I'll give that a shot. Thanks Dan!

Make sure you grind down to the glass layer, completely through the gel coat. and bevel the edges.
