Hey fellas!!! Okay, so, I've enabled this account in the hopes I will soon be the owner of the Bradley picture I've attached!! Gt2 !!! I am looking to purchase this Bradley, but I have not seen it in person and the seller is not very forthcoming with information. He says it runs but will need to be towed from it's current location... (I'm guessing because the doors don't close?) I am assuming that this car must have a serious case of "butt-sag" (yea, I been lurking,) and I'm wondering what all the steps are to fix this? Is it merely re-enforcing the trunk area, or is it something else? What else should I watch out for? I have owned several vintage vehicles before, but this will be my first air-cooled V-dub!! I'm so excited about that too (!!!!) I've wanted a VW since my father sold his bus when I was 3!!! It was my favorite car until the "man took it away" (family joke, the bus sold and I told everyone my infant mind came into contact with that the "man took it away",) Anyways, I've got my fingers crossed that the money comes through and this beast becomes mine! But before I get too excited, can anyone tell me what I need to look out for (besides "butt-sag"?)? That would be very helpful!! Thanks! Attachments:

Isnt the windshield a '63 - '67 Corvette like the GT 1? Those are still being made for the vette crowd. Pricy but not non existant.

No...GTII windshields are proprietary.

A brand new GT2 windshield can be had for $50,000 or a little more from Guardian. Guardian has the molds.
Two little problem; One - There are legal permissions needed. Two - you will have 199 spare windshields.
