I have had a talk with my dad, and we think it would be best to sell my GT II. He doesnt have a job as of now and we still owe the guy that built it $1600. He was thinking that we could get $5500 for it, but i wasnt sure. It is a 1983 GT II, brand new 1600cc VW F4 with 0 miles, rebuild transmission and rear-end both with 0 miles too. brand new brakes and brake lines, this car has not seen the road since it was originally built. I know im still missing things, all of the work was done by a man that has worked with VW's for over 50 years so i would say it is professional. The bad things are the interior, it is all there but it is not pretty, and the paint could use a buff job. The car is currently in some town in Maine, i don't know what one because it was moved, but you can message me if you are interested.
