The "flywheel" in question is a flex plate for a Stickshift automatic bug or Ghia. If you are going to run the engine on a manual transaxle you will need to change to a flywheel for a clutch. I could not see in the pictures, but you may also have to change the oil pump from a semi auto unit, to a standard gear and cover unit. Hope this helps. By the way, nice find. Take a look at my project under GT1 project.

I actually have two different front ends with two different serial numbers, why do you want it anyways. I do plan on fusing the top to the body, and i plan on keeping the seats just want to refinish them.

Sorry that this post is a month later, but I have had some issues with my computer lately and just got back online recently. Those gullwing doors look to be in relatively decent shape, so you should wrap those things up in bubble wrap, put some moving blankets around them and then put them somewhere very safe until you have the rest of the car done! They are expensive and only readily available from Sun Ray, if Ray is in the mood to make any. Trust me on this one, they are worth their weight in gold.

The first Bradley I bought had 3 previous owners who wanted to do all kinds of upgrades. 120hp engine braided fuel and brake lines and a host of other expensive "upgrades". None of them ever had the joy of driving the Bradley. I took Jeff Troy's advice and got it on the road as soon as I could. It took almost a year to get it road ready because of the "upgrades" I had to remove to make it driveable. Cool thing is I DID drive it and it scared the crap out of me! Way to much engine! Once I was able to figure it out and drive at a safe speed it was fun and continues to be fun. Get it on the road and drive. Enjoy!
