I decided to take a few days off and go fishing. I live at one of the best fishing spots there is..Santee-Cooper might as well fish some. The Crappie are biting. I caught 12 today one was over 2 pounds.

No new posts, so I figured I would. My friend Bob is here from California and we have been fishing for Crappie. We are catching some nice fish and drinking a few beers, just relaxing and having a great time! Bob caught one that weighed 2.2 pounds. Ya'll are welcome to look on my facebook page Don Gwartney We had planned on working on the Bradley some, just never got round to it.

Finally got to drive my twoie with the new engine today. SWEET!
I started ordering parts to build the engine in February. Can not believe it took so long to get it together.
Work sure does get in the way of projects!
Hopefully the weather will be good enough here in upstate NY sometime in the next couple of weeks so I can drive it a few more times before I tear it apart to replace the pan, put in a 1" body lift, and refit the hard top and doors over the winter.
The thought of taking the windshield out scares the bejeebers out of me.

I stopped and looked at that burned GT II today and asked if he would sell it. He said $300.00 , so I bought it. I figured I could use the A/C brackets and the headlight switch. It also has a clear title and a build book. I'll post some pics up soon as I get it home.

I replaced the fuel pump today and started the car. It runs just fine, now I can move it on and off the lift without pushing it. I need to hook up the master cylinder next so I can stop it.

I picked up the burned car today, it was dark when I got home. I'll post pics tomorrow. I got a clear title with it and the structural plans book.

I took the body off of the burned parts car today and started stripping off the usable parts. Also got my bradley on the lift and finished the brakes and bled them. And I got the garage clean and the tools put up. The goal tomorrow is to bolt the body to the pan.
