Hi to everyone, I'm just now getting started in the on-line Bradley world, hope to maybe get some good info and possibly supply some in return, probably will join Kyle's club in the near future. Located in Hillsboro, OR (suburb of Portland), have a GT (not a II) that I bought a few years ago locally, needs mostly some chassis/drive train work to get it going. Unknown body year on a stock '68 pan, pretty much complete in stock format (but no manuals). Licensed by the orginal owner as a '74, but not positive that's the actual kit year. Would like to start with a couple of questions: Is Jeff Troy still offering the Manuals on CD ? I thought I read elsewhere on this forum that he is, would like to order one from him. Can the kit / body year be determined from the serial #? It sounds like no, based on posts here and on some other sites, but if anyone has any additional info, the serial # on mine is 90116. Thanks in advance for any replies.... Ben Trump, Hillsboro OR.

Wow that is a sharp looking car Husky. The serial number has no meaning on when where or how the Bradley was built. If you are going by the title most times it's the VIN# from the donor Beetle. Get in touch with the local VW club for mechanical help. I'm sure they would be more than willing to lend a hand. Keep us posted on your progress
