I was wondering if anybody would have plans or dimensions for making A three inch drop on seat pans.or is it better to fabricate for each car.

I do not have plans for 3" dropped floor pans. I know of a couple options that you may try...Glass-Action.com, makes fiberglass floor pans, they may be able to make them to your requirements or you may try SterlingSportsCars.com. They make floor pans that meet your requirements.

$369 plus shipping for some small sheet metal pans seems outrageous. print out a picture, take some measurements, and go to your local sheet metal fab place and save a boatload of money.
Sterling Sports Cars prices are outrageous.

The original 3-inch pan-drop dimensional drawings and instructions from Bradley are on my CD, along with another drawing and dozens of step-by-step images of me doing it a second time with new pans, when the drop kit from Bradley Automotive was no longer available.
The steps show me installing the drop with the pans already welded onto the frame, but with the body removed.
The drop information is on both my GT CD and my GTII CD, but I don't think the GTII seats will fit inside the "drop zone." If you have a Twoie, you might have to consider raising the body or changing/modifying the seats.
Warmest regards,

cyaneyes,
Kustom1warehouse has a three inch lift for $165. I bought and installed on my GT II.
I also have fiberglass floor pans from glass-action - great quality, so far no problems.
Make sure if you do a three inch lift you think about the adjustments that will need to be made - steering column connection, chassis to frame connections, etc. I had to go through this active problem-solving, this made it a bigger project than what I anticipated but it can be done.
Good luck,
Matt

I have the body off my 74 B-GT right now to do this very thing. I'm fabricating a square tube chassis with mounts for wheelie casters (most likely will be for looks) and I'm doing a 2 1/2" drop on the seats as well as raising the car either 1 or 2 inches by means of more tubing stock. My floors will be diamond plate, and a better rollcage than the stock pipe tri-mount thing in most. Did I mention I'm 6'3"... I need the extra space. I figure, getting everything at the local welding supply place I can do the whold thing for 400-500.
Good Luck
