So I just picked up my Very first 69 Bradley GT and it is sitting on a 68 MGB Roadster frame and motor which is in the front and is now rear wheel drive. The engine is packed in there and the back is a fully functioning trunk has anyone seen this combination before?

PICTURERS!!! I don't think a 68 MGB Roadster will fit under a Bradley. But them again, that's what a kit car is, you build it the way you want it to be.

Have you ever seen one like it? I have always liked the Bradley. My wife thinks I made a big mistake trading my 67 Buick Special 4 door for this car. I told her that I had never seen one like this and that it was something special... What does she know. I really havent had the chance to go over this thing very well. I do know that I am going to have to fab some doors and re paint the thing but it should be fun. ;D

No I have never seen one on an MG chassis. But it is not the first time someone has went front engine with one. Personally I am with your wife. I would have kept the buick :: I had a 55 special that I should have never gotten rid of:)

Your signal wiring is messed up. 4 ways should all flash together, not supposed to alternate.

I also think it's way cool! Wonder how the brad body which is shaped for the VW pan is modified to take the MG chassis? Also you're gonna need three sets of wrenches SAE, Metric and Whitworth? Good luck I like it a lot!!!

Good luck I like it a lot!!! They don't use the BS (Whitworth) stuff any longer in fact for a long time. The MGB is SAE, mostly 7/16", 1/2", 9/16" & 5/8", but you will need 2 of each. The Bradley kits use SAE. VW which he has none ( maybe wiper ) is Metric.

Watched the video, but now I have a sore neck. By the way, The wheels would be a big " " They took apart the wire wheel rims & welded the hub to some spoke rims!

I'd love to see some pictures of how exactly that body is attached! the MGB chassis should be a few inches to short. If it was an MGA, then it would only be about 1/2 an inch. personally I would have also taken the bradley over the 67 4 door buick. now if it was a wildcat a few years older maybe not...

Lol Charles I agree if it was the Wildcat I would have kept it. As for the chassis I know it is an MGB Roadster I have the numbers matching title. From the looks of things there has been alot of modifications to make it work homade shackle blocks ect... also looks like they made the floor pan out of wood hmmmm kind of scary. I'll try to post another video or pics tomorrow.

... also looks like they made the floor pan out of wood hmmmm kind of scary. Wood floors have never really scared me, I kind of like the look actually. Unless they stretched the frame using wood. then I might be concerned, the GT's don't have the world's strongest structure to begin with, lol.

No my biggest worry about the wood floors would be rot. I live in MI and we are not exactly known for our predictable weather. Not that I would intentionally drive this in the snow or rain but weather can change when your on the road. Also there is the concern of washing your car. I am wondering if I should spray some undercoating or rhinoliner type stuff under there. Does anyone know how that stuff works with wood?
