Jeff, I'm glad to hear that you changed your mind. If you haven't do so already, make a list of all the things that need to be done to get it running and on the road. While you are at it, make a list of all the things you would like to do to make it pretty.
Good luck and keep us posted.

Skip, quit playing with that 3D printer and work on something! It can't be too cold for you, considering all those "helpers" that Horen2tas sent you. Besides, you have your Harbor Freight shelter that you built.

What I've done before is use the existing material as a template. I have also made a template from thin poster board or even wax paper. Just remember to cut your new material a little larger than your template and trim it later.
I am going to update my interior also. I am thinking about using some Tandy Leather Company leather. 3M makes some good spray adhesives or I might use some Contact Cement.
Keep us posted on your progress.

Where is that guy? We haven't heard from him in quite a while. He must be feeding all those other "helpers" that he has been seen with in the past.
Also, where is Big Dan? He must be moving his igloos into storage.

Kyle, It's good to hear from you. I haven't seen your name pop up in quite a while. Just because you don't currently have a Bradley doesn't mean that you can't visit the site to see what we are up to or offer us some advise. I hope to hear from you more often.

Jeff,
When I saw your latest post, I went back and read them from the beginning and looked at all the pictures. You've done an awesome job on it so far. I hate to think that you are not going to see this project through. I have been working on mine for a couple years and really enjoy the time that I do get to work on it.
You need to go back and listen to the engine run again.

Skip20,
Don't worry about feeding them...just "play" with them. Make sure and wash your hands first!

Skip20, you need to get yourself a Bobcat and rig it up with some forks. It looks like you will need a little chain and rope, too. If I tried that, I would have destroyed the fiberglass body AND the garage door!
comptrmedic, How tall are you? Some of us have raised the body and/or lowered the floor pans. For us tall guys (6'-2") we need all the headroom that we can get.

I don't agree. The one in pink can drive that thing while the other two can ride in the back. Those topless things look a LOT better than you.

EdatHemmings,
I am a little surprised that you haven't gotten a response to your request for information. I guess everyone is busy today.
I have seen numerous request in the past that were similar to yours. You might try searching this site for strings related to your topic. One includes the location of the Bradley owners.
Good luck,

I totally agree! Nice reflection, too! I'm eager to see Skip finish the left side so that we can see what reflection we get to see on that side.

rick,
I would be surprised if it had a 6V battery. Does it have a generator or an alternator? You might want to look on the voltage regulator and ignition coil, too. Not to mention all the other electrical stuff, like headlights, etc. You might find that you have a 12V system. Post some pictures and we can help you determine what you are working with.

You might want to cover the carpet with plastic until your done. In the mean time, keep your greasy shoes off the carpet!

gitrdun,
I would compose a a nice letter outlining all the facts, including the timeline, credit card charges, phone calls, etc. State that you want prompt service in a professional manner. Don't threaten anything! Then, after you sign your name and provide your contact information, add the following at the bottom: "xc: Attorney File". Last, get a file folder and add the label to it as "Attorney File" and put a copy of your letter in the folder. That should do it! You will get you window.

rick, What I did was do a lot of research to see what everyone else has done to theirs and made a list of all of those that I wanted to do to mine. Next, I sorted the list in the logical order that they needed to be completed. For example, relocate the shifter back needs to be done before installing new floor carpet. You also need to decide if you plan to take the body off the frame. There are a lot of things that can be done easier with the body off, for example replacing all the brake lines or cleaning out the gas tank.
Like jspbtown said, you will need to consider all the things that need to be done to get it road worthy. For example: Brakes, tires, inspection requirements, engine work, etc. The engine is a whole nother consideration. I decided to stay with the VW 1600 engine. It runs good and I don't see a need to replace it.
If you post a bunch of pictures on this site, you will get all sorts of suggestions from the viewing audience. You have to be patient in getting a response because a bunch of us have jobs and we can't get back to this site for days, weeks or months. There are some "regulars" who visit the site daily and I have gotten some really good advice from them. [You guys know who you are....]

I think that she might be able to lift the whole car, twirl it over her head and set it down without breaking your shifter. You might want to use some "protection" for your stick, though. She might break it off and then you would have to pee sitting down! I think that you need to stay with the two deserts that horen2tas gave you earlier.

krock240,
I would like to wish you "Good Luck" selling it for that price. I paid $1,500 for mine and most owners consider that to be too much.

I tend to spend a lot more time & effort (& money) on the brake system. I feel more comfortable knowing that I can get the thing to stop. I have installed kits in slave (wheel) cylinders before. You will have to hone them out and get them smooth. I don't remember ever rebuilding a master cylinder. I think that I would just buy a new (rebuilt) one.

It looks to me from the first picture that Skip20 has already prepared the mating surfaces for fiber glass. I couldn't make out what the second picture was trying to show us; unless it is some sort of rubber seal?
