It's okay as long as you are sure it is a GT not a GTII.

Also the rear windows on the GT were not all tinted windows. Mine is the short rear window that is factory and it is clear.

They are very different in shape. I have had both a GT and a GTII. I personally talked to Varicon at one point about making more. It was around $290 a windshield and you had to order 50 or something. A GTII windshield is much taller with a different curve. Eric

It's not. If you search you will find lots of posts. The GT is a vet windshield. The GTII was made by varicon (sp?) all the glass was custom tooled for the GTII. No companies have one you will have to get one from another member or be lucky enough to find one. Eric

Proboards only provides a certain amount of space for photo uploads or Kyle has to start paying for it and we hit that limit. You can use a site like photobucket and it will give you the link to insert so you can see the images here. Photobucket is free. Eric

I can't find the pic you are talking about but I would guess it is (was) likely Kyle's. He had a nice yellow sport pack.

I feel like I am missing out. I only use the proboards app for iOS and I don't see any of these changes. Lol. Eric

I hand built a new harness for the car during my second rebuild. The column has never had proper wire for the horn. The red wires are a separate Circuit that I ran just for the horn. it use to go to a button on the dash. I want to reroute it to the column to make it correct. The Red wire and heavy gauge were used because that's what I had laying around.

Couple of questions from me: 1. In the wire bundle you showed I see 2 black/green stripe, 2 red (pink), 1 black/white stripe and 1 brown/white stripe. Is that correct? 2. Is the yellow wire in your first picture the same wire that you show in your second picture? 3. Do you have a small metal tab at the base of the steering shaft outer tube? 1. Yes that is correct. The red wires are the current horn wires that go to a separate switch. 2. I think so as I have no idea where else it would go. 3. No. Attachments:

I put the steering wheel on and the button has never been hooked up. It has two terminals on it and one is marked for a ground. I put the airhorns in and they have + to the fuse block and the ground is (was) run to a horn switch. I want to put it in the steering wheel again. The only existing wire is the one that is hooked to the rag joint. The main question I have is. How do I get a wire from the horn to the button?

It is black. Lol! I have no idea what year or anything. Which is another problem because I need to replace the turn signal assembly. Attachments:

I know this is a dumb question but the horn button in the column has never been hooked up in the car. How do I hook it up? Currently I have one wire that runs thru the column and is hooked to the rag joint and that is all. I know that is the ground but how do I get the wire from the horn to the button? Do two wires run up thru the column? If so how does it not get wound up in the steering shaft when you turn the wheel? Thanks Eric

Great article. However it does prove it is way beyond my ability as I have no idea what he is talking about. Sounds good though. I would have no idea what I was even changing. Eric

Hi all. I need to adjust my carb. It is running way to rich. I know almost nothing about adjusting it and every shop I go to (there are only two) hate these carbs and will not touch it. I have a feeling the jets are way to big. I have a 16?? (89mm jugs) dual port. Does anyone know what size jets should be in it? Or how to adjust the fuel flow? Thanks Eric

So I put a new Empi electronic ignition vacuum advance dist on my car. This thing looks nice but came with no directions. Does anyone know what the timing should be set to? It runs but is set to 38 BTDC. That seems wrong but it runs okay. Thanks. Eric

I am glad you got a hold of Jeff. I know I was likely not as helpful as you had hoped when it came to numbers when we talked. I am glad some people here could fill the blanks. The motor went back in mine today and my son and I are headed to a car show with it tomorrow! Eric

I was contacted by the editor at HMS about possibly doing a story on Bradley's! I gave him some contact info for some of our older members. If you get an email or call please do not blow it off it is a real thing. I spoke with him for quite a while and he was very nice. Thanks, Eric A.
