Hey all. It has been a very long time since I visited this board. It is good to see that it is still active. I have been a GT2 owner and driver for about 14 years now. I bought her in Arizona, fixed her up and drove her in Texas, and now she sits in a garage in Maryland. I am military so she has seen a lot of travel. In all of her years she has never failed to start up faithfully. Unfortunately, I stored the old girl while I was in Japan and her front wheels seem to have locked up Haven't had the time to get under her, and it has proven impossible to find a reasonable air-cooled mechanic in the area. Still start her up every few weeks and keep her clean.
I have noticed that the butt sag is getting much worse since she has been sitting. Has anyone ever experimented with powered gull-wing doors? Is that even a viable option for this car?
Glad to be reacquainted with everyone again. Look forward to contributing.
This is very nice to read you're back. I'm new as registered member but I read it for long time. And about trips. I've been in Toronto and I can say to you guys if you wanna be fast there you need to rent a car. I rented here iversta.com/ so it could be helpful for you

kitcarguy: dx1 There is no way to tell what year the body is. The Dataplate (if there is one) will not give you any useful info.
